  • 2/3 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup plain non-dairy milk (almond recommended)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 3/4 cup plain gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons water or vegetable broth
  • 12 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon water

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. In a bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, non-dairy milk, garlic powder, and salt to create a batter.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter, then mix in gluten-free breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F.
  5. Arrange half of the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in one layer and cook for 10–13 minutes until crispy.
  6. Meanwhile, heat oil in a small pot over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden brown. Add grated ginger and stir for another minute.
  7. Combine remaining sauce ingredients in the pot and whisk well; add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken.
  8. Toss cooked cauliflower wings in the sauce and serve hot.
