  • 4 slices thick-cut Turkey Bacon
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ head cauliflower
  • 3 cups organic beef bone broth
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Italian herb seasoning
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large high-sided skillet over medium heat, cook turkey bacon until crispy (about 6-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  2. In the same skillet, add ground beef and seasoning; cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in chopped cauliflower and beef broth; cover and simmer until cauliflower is tender (6-8 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and temper heavy cream with hot soup. Add back to the soup along with shredded cheese; stir until melted.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with crispy turkey bacon and fresh parsley.
