Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes, or asparagus

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil your baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
