  • 4 salmon fillets (about 4 ounces each)
  • Homemade teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 1/3 cup diced scallion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly oil the bottom of a baking dish.
