  • 1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Melt butter with half of the keto chocolate chips over medium heat until glossy and combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy using an electric mixer.
  5. Gradually mix the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs until well blended.
  6. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until you achieve a thick batter. Fold in remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Allow brownies to cool for 20 minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.
