  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it becomes fragrant.
  2. Add the cooked chicken to the skillet. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly and heat through.
  3. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until smooth.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat. Add the chicken mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully combined.
  5. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top. Fold in the sides of each tortilla over the filling and roll tightly into wraps.
  6. Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
