  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1½ cups superfine almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and mozzarella. Heat for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
  3. Add baking powder, eggs, ranch mix, and almond flour to the cheese mixture; stir until combined.
  4. Fold in cheddar cheese and turkey bacon until evenly mixed.
  5. Spray a 10-inch iron skillet with cooking spray. Form dough into 11-12 balls and place in the skillet; refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter before serving.
