  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken; cook until browned (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté chopped onion for 3–4 minutes; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Return chicken to the pot; stir in chicken broth.
  5. Add heavy cream and whole milk; mix well.
  6. Season with basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Simmer for 10–15 minutes to meld flavors.
  8. Stir in grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella until melted.
  9. Add chopped spinach, diced carrot, and diced celery; cook until vegetables are tender (5–7 minutes).
