  • 1 lb Italian sausage (mild or hot)

  • 1 small zucchini, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions
