  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 egg yolks (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry zucchinis; cut into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix egg whites with Cajun seasoning; whisk until combined.
  4. Coat each zucchini strip in the egg mixture, then roll in Parmesan cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet without overcrowding.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  7. While baking, mix dipping sauce ingredients until smooth.
  8. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
