- 2 egg whites (mixed with 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (mixed with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 egg yolks (beaten)
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry zucchinis; cut into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix egg whites with Cajun seasoning; whisk until combined.
- Coat each zucchini strip in the egg mixture, then roll in Parmesan cheese mixture.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet without overcrowding.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- While baking, mix dipping sauce ingredients until smooth.
