  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • Tamari or soy sauce
  • Cornstarch
  • Gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • Gochujang (red chili paste)
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Toasted sesame oil
  • Garlic and ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Press and cube the tofu; coat with tamari, then cornstarch and breadcrumbs.
  3. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet; bake for 25 minutes.
  4. While baking, whisk sauce ingredients in a pot until thickened.
  5. Toss baked tofu in half of the sauce; serve with remaining sauce.
