  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chunky salsa
  • Garlic salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, salsa, garlic salt, and black pepper. Add one cup of cheese and mix thoroughly.
