  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 package cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for about five minutes.
  4. Cook the cheese-filled ravioli according to package instructions and drain.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the beef mixture followed by half of the cooked ravioli. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
