  • 8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 pound thawed frozen spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, turkey bacon, garlic, broccoli, and spinach. Mix in ranch dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Stir in half of both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses before transferring the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
