  • ½ lb asparagus, cut into pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 6 oz snow peas
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (or arrowroot powder)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak by chilling it briefly in the freezer before slicing thinly against the grain.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all stir fry sauce ingredients until combined.
  3. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat with olive oil; season the beef and stir-fry until charred.
  4. Remove the beef and add more oil to stir-fry the vegetables until tender-crisp.
  5. Add garlic and cook for another minute before returning the beef and sauce to the pan.
  6. Stir-fry everything together until heated through and serve immediately.
