  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. For the creamy garlic sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in heavy cream until thickened.
  4. Boil water in a large pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil, sauté garlic, add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Assemble by dividing noodles into bowls, pouring broth over them, topping with sliced chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and chili oil if desired.
