  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, Italian seasoning, baking powder, pepper, and salt.
  3. Pat dry the chicken thighs and coat them with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken thighs.
  5. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese on one side, cook for another 2 minutes, flip, and repeat with remaining cheese.
  8. Check that the internal temperature reaches at least 175°F before serving.
