  • 1/3 cup melted ghee or vegan butter
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons powdered vegan gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing the gluten-free Oreos into fine crumbs and mixing with melted ghee or vegan butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. For the filling, whip together coconut cream, honey, gelatin, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreos gently.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth out the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  4. Serve chilled with dairy-free whipped cream and additional cookie crumbs if desired.
