  • 1 Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (97/3)
  • 1/4 C (60g) Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp (42g) Honey
  • 23 Tbsp (30-45g) Sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp (30g) Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp (16g) Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onion

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli florets and sear for 1-2 minutes; stir until bright green and tender.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Cook until browned.
  3. Mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl. Pour over cooked chicken in the skillet.
  4. Allow the sauce to thicken before adding the cooked broccoli back in. Stir well to combine.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
