  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup unsweetened ketchup
  • 1 ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 tsp coarse kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a 2-quart baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped onions and ground beef; cook until browned and onions are tender (about 5 minutes). Drain excess liquid.
  3. Stir in black pepper, minced garlic, and kosher salt; cook for an additional few minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in unsweetened ketchup, avocado oil mayonnaise, mustard, and one cup of shredded cheddar until well combined.
