  • ¾ cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Low Carb Granular Brown Sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup fine-blanched Almond Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease or line a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and peanut butter together until combined. Remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the low-carb brown sweetener and salt, then add almond flour and mix well.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and eggs, followed by the melted peanut butter mixture until smooth.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. For icing, melt additional peanut butter with almond milk and vanilla in a saucepan, then whisk in powdered sweetener until slightly thin.
  7. Allow baked bars to cool slightly before pouring icing over top; let set before slicing into bars.
