  • 1/2 lb Broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp Fresh grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef: Combine sliced beef with coconut aminos, ginger, and garlic in a bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare the broccoli: Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
  3. Cook the beef: Heat coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat; stir-fry the beef until browned (about 1-3 minutes). Set aside.
  4. Stir-fry the broccoli: In the same skillet, cook blanched broccoli until crisp-tender (about 3 minutes). Add reserved marinade; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Combine: Return beef to the pan with broccoli; warm through while adding fish sauce and sesame oil.
