  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion (grated)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
