  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Low Carb Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 6 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the beef until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté sliced onions and peppers until browned, about 4 minutes. Return beef to the skillet.
  3. Add remaining butter along with garlic powder and tomato sauce. Stir in heavy cream and let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Mix everything well, top with provolone cheese, then broil for 3–4 minutes until cheese is melted.
