  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (or honey/agave)

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mash the overripe bananas. Mix in yogurt (or additional banana), maple syrup (or honey/agave), oil (or water), and vanilla until smooth.
