  • 3 Tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup Pyure All-Purpose (or 3T + 3/4 tsp Truvia)
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup salted peanuts (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. For the base, whip the egg white with cream of tartar and sweetener until stiff peaks form. Fold in protein powder and spread into the pan.
  3. Create the filling by mixing melted butter, sweetener, heavy cream, peanut butter, and peanuts before pouring it over the base.
  4. Combine melted chocolate chips with peanut butter for the topping and drizzle it over the filling.
  5. Chill for at least two hours before cutting into squares.
