  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 head broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 batch keto stir fry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the keto stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce; set aside.
  2. In another bowl, coat chopped chicken breast with almond flour.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat. Add the coated chicken and stir fry until mostly cooked through; remove from pan.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and ginger in the same pan until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped onion, broccoli, and bell pepper; cook until tender.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Let bubble for several minutes until thickened.
