  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, and salt. Mix in melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Spread evenly in a greased 8×8 baking dish.
  3. In a pot over medium heat, combine berries, maple syrup, and water. Cook until softened; mash lightly with a fork. Stir in cornstarch and simmer until thickened.
  4. In another bowl, mix oats, oat flour, almond flour, salt with melted coconut oil and maple syrup until crumbly.
  5. Layer the berry mixture over the base layer in the baking dish. Top with crumble mixture and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool completely before slicing into squares.
