  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 2 ounces vegan butter (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C). Grease a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: almond milk, olive oil, vanilla extract, and grated ginger.
