  • 1 package Impossible burger (3/4 pound)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup (or tomato sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Impossible burger, breadcrumbs, ketchup, garlic powder, vegan Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on top. Optionally, brush with extra ketchup or BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
